PTSD is more common than we think and can be caused by what may seem to some to be minor events. Each of us is unique. According to the theory or Highly Sensitive Person&#039;s (HSP&#039;s), a percentage of every mammal population has a more active nervous system that can alert the more sensitive population earlier than others would notice.
